IBF is the recognised point of contact for media and lobby groups on PR and public affairs matters of a general industry nature.  IBF undertake an exclusive programme of stakeholder relationship management with government departments, regulatory authorities, political parties, influences European forums to increase understanding of and support for sector views and needs.

Marketing, PR and Networking

Through its sets of publications, conferences, marketing brochures and marketing events the Federation promotes the growth and development of the sector both domestically and as a world class centre for internationally traded financial services.

EU and International

Through its membership of the European Banking Federation and the International Banking Federation provide a strong level of monitoring and influencing on legislative and regulatory matters by the EU and international standards setters.
